FIRE PERFORMANCE

Flux is a fire performance troupe based out of Sacramento, CA. Founded in 2006, Flux is home to many of the area’s most skilled fire spinners and is well-versed in the use of poi, contact staff, double staves, hoop, zip poi, palms, and other props. In addition to their extensive performance experience (see Events), members of Flux have been involved in training the next great fire-spinners, from workshops at the FireDrums retreat and the Vulcan Crew’s Spinagogue fire-spinning intensives to private lessons and informal training at Davis’s Fire University.
